After a project is awarded to Export we immediately set in motion our internal tactical plans to meet our clients’ objectives. From writing up job descriptions and procedures, to reviewing and analyzing Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FEMA), to designing several possible project concepts. After the project has been approved internally we strategically plan out the project procedures, develop workflow charts and design internal control plans.
